The hosts were wonderful, and the room was pleasant. The courtyard was gorgeous. Having a washing machine was a big plus!

Bardzo miły hotel. Właścicielka zadbała o to, aby goście czuli się komfortowo. Pokój był bardzo czysty i gustownie urządzony. Piękne otoczenie przed domem, widać, że właścicielka kocha rośliny. Naprawdę można było się zrelaksować. Gorąco polecam to miejsce 👍😉

Pros: great central location, spacious and clean room with a washing machine, small kitchenette equipped with a microwave and fridge, lovely garden area.

Cons: the wifi in our room (#5) was inconsistent and only worked near the door by the reception; the host attempted to assist with another connection, but it wasn't reliable either. Additionally, the toilet water ran continuously, requiring us to shut off the valve after each use, which was quite inconvenient.

从汽车总站乘坐1L/1R巴士，在喷泉广场附近下车，步行5分钟即可到达。住宿环境优雅且安静，房间空间充足，设施齐全，最重要的是有洗衣机，给我们带来了便利。热水器是储水式的，需要加热15-20分钟才能使用。大门外附近有一家传统的格鲁吉亚烤面包坊，值得一试。在这里真的有一种家的感觉。

Decent price for a small hotel. It’s a bit hard to reach by car, but there's usually parking available on the street. The rooms are well-equipped and warm.

숙소는 넓고 깨끗했다. 침대도 크고 편안했다. 온수도 잘 나왔다. 미니 주방이 있어서 간단한 음식을 만들 수 있었다. 샴푸와 헤어드라이기도 제공되며 세탁기도 이용 가능했다. 위치도 좋고 주인분이 매우 친절하다. 마당이 정말 평화롭다. 단, 전자레인지를 사용할 때 콘센트에 연결하는데 불안정해서 스파크가 나기도 하고 연결이 잘 안 되는 경우가 있었다.

Чисто и комфортно. Встретили приятно, но без Хачапури. Если бы угостили, поставил бы 5.

I'm thrilled with my experience at this hotel! The receptionist, Marga, was incredibly helpful and exemplified genuine Georgian hospitality. I contacted her through Booking.com to inform her of my late arrival from Tbilisi, and even though I hadn't paid in advance, she graciously kept my reservation. I was so impressed and grateful! On my first night, her colleague even surprised me with a delicious, hot homemade Khachapuri — such a kind gesture! The hotel feels secure with 24/7 CCTV and is perfectly located in the center of Kutaisi. Highly recommend!

ძალიან მყუდრო, საოჯახო სასტუმრო ქალაქის ცენტრში. დიდი, ნათელი და სუფთა ოთახები, თითოეული აღჭურვილი პატარა სამზარეულოთი. არაჩვეულებრივი ბაღი სხვადასხვა ყვავილებით და ხეებით. მასპინძლები თბილი და გულწრფელნი არიან, მზად არიან დახმარებისთვის ნებისმიერ საკითხზე. დარწმუნებული ვარ, აქ დაბრუნებას გავაგრძელებ და თითოეულ მეგობარს ვურჩევ.
