В одном слове — находка. За свои деньги это место предлагает гораздо больше, чем я ожидал. Локация прекрасная, всё важное рядом. Хозяин — душа человек, всегда на связи и готов помочь. Единственное, подкачка до пятого этажа станет вашей бесплатной фитнес-программой. Но для меня это не минус, а даже плюс. Если не ищете роскошь, а интересно качественное жилье за разумную цену — это место точно для вас.

Чистота и комфорт в центре города — это всё, что мне нужно. Из трёх вариантов в Кутаиси выбрал именно это место. Номер чистый, кровать удобная, а вид на Колхидский фонтан просто бонус. Достойный выбор для путешественника.

Не пойму, как попасть внутрь. Пришлось звонить хозяину, чтобы нашёл меня у двери. Поднялся на пятый этаж — без лифта, или я не нашёл. Вид с балкона на внутренний двор оставляет желать лучшего, зато своих не видно. Есть где переночевать, если учесть цену.
