To miejsce jest zupełnie zapomniane. Brak jakiejkolwiek dbałości o stok czy wyciąg. Właściciel nie robi nic, by zachęcić do jazdy na nartach. Armatki śnieżne nie działają, mimo mrozu, i musieliśmy jeździć po kamieniach i błocie.

Горнолыжный курорт в Гудаури в целом неплох, но обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего. В большинстве случаев персонал ведет себя грубо, даже если приносит неподходящие блюда или напитки. Если бы на обслуживание не допускались местные, как это сделали в свое время в Сочи перед Олимпиадой, место стало бы идеальным.
