    This place offers great value, especially with breakfast included. The view is incredible and really enhances the experience. It's conveniently located near the New Gudauri Ski Resort, just about 2 km away, or a quick taxi ride for around GEL 27, perfect for ski enthusiasts. The staff are fantastic—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The restaurant is excellent, with delicious food and great service. This is one of Gudauri's hidden gems and worth considering for a stay.

    К сожалению, посещение оставило неприятные впечатления. Одно из блюд принесли с большой задержкой — почти час ожидания. Просил салат без орехов из-за аллергии, но его сначала принесли с орехами. После замечания салат заменили, но в счёте сначала указали два салата. После второго замечания счёт исправили, как и должно быть — с одним салатом. Цены кажутся завышенными для такого качества еды — было не очень вкусно. Обслуживание могло бы быть более внимательным. Надеюсь, в будущем сервис улучшится.

    Η γυψοσανίδα πάνω από τη ντουζιέρα είχε τρυπήσει εντελώς από τη μούχλα και νερά έσταζαν μέσα στη ντουζιέρα, περνώντας και από τη λάμπα!!! (Χωρίς υπερβολή)

    The location is excellent for skiing, with direct access to the slopes. The place is charming and comfortable.

    I regret choosing to stay here. One of our bags was stolen during our visit, and the response from the staff was terrible. They didn't help us check any security footage or support us in any way. We had to deal with everything ourselves, including spending a long time at the police station. Guests should feel safe and supported, but this place failed in both aspects. If you care about your security and want professional service, I recommend looking elsewhere.

    I reserved just the sauna with a private jacuzzi room. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and accommodating. The sauna was hot and well-maintained. Prices are 200 lari for one hour and 400 lari for two hours. It's best to book ahead. It's cozy for six people but can accommodate more.

    Об отеле ничего сказать не могу, так как жили в соседнем здании, но ресторан оставил плохое впечатление. Прождали 10 минут — ни один официант не подошел, даже когда я махала рукой. Персонал уделял внимание только большой компании, остальных игнорировали. Оценка за обслуживание — единица. Игнорировать гостей — это плохо и неприемлемо для нормальных заведений. К сожалению, попробовать еду не получилось. Больше сюда не придем, хотя живем неподалеку.

    Our experience was mixed. Initially, our room had a shower that leaked and flooded the floor every time we used it. We thought about leaving but found a better room in the same hotel. Unfortunately, when we talked to the reception, the younger man was nice, but the older man was very rude and confrontational, which made us uncomfortable. Also, the ski lift is a 5-minute drive from New Gudauri, so it's not walkable with skis. The breakfast was average with not many choices.

    الحمام يحتوي على هوز للاستحمام يمكن استخدامه بدلاً من الشطاف. الإفطار غير حلال، فقط يتضمن البيض المسلوق. الإطلالة جميلة ولكن المكان بعيد عن التلفريك. الغرفة صغيرة جداً، ولا تحتوي على بلكونة أو إطلالة على الجبل لثلاثة أشخاص.

    The location is nice, but the rooms are just okay. We paid a high price for what we received, as this was the only available option for our last-minute booking.
