    Персонал очень отзывчивый, кухня хорошая, номера уютные. Единственный большой минус - кровати сильно скрипят 😉

    Lokalizacja jest całkiem dobra, basen, restauracja i pokój zabaw są w porządku. Nie mogę się doczekać, aż zbudują główną drogę. Widok jest bardzo ładny. Polecam!

    Bona ubicació, sobretot si vas a esquiar. La pista és al costat. L'ambient de l'hotel s'integra bé amb la zona. Té piscina calenta i una bona oferta gastronòmica.

    מלון מדהים! החדרים מקסימים ויש להם מרפסת. השירות פשוט יוצא מן הכלל, הם מטפלים בכל דבר במהירות. המיקום נהדר - אפשר לצאת ישר למסלול הסקי מהמלון, בלי לחכות בתורים הארוכים. ארוחת הבוקר נחמדה מאוד, והמסעדה טעימה ומומלצת. במלון יש ספא, סאונה יבשה ורטובה, ובריכה חיצונית מפנקת עם נוף להרים המושלגים. חוויה נהדרת! המסלולים של הסקי לא רבים, אבל הם טובים מאוד למתחילים. בערב, במרחק 5 דקות במונית, אפשר להגיע לברים ומסעדות באזור.

    This is unbelievable. We booked an apartment, but what we found was chaos. Nothing was cleaned; everything was dirty, grimy, and sticky. The wardrobe was stuffed with about 20 old sheets. One room had bedding on top of the wardrobe with yellow stains. It didn't even look like anyone attempted to clean up.

    There's no access to anything, not even the pool, which wasn't mentioned during booking. We were treated poorly, despite it being a standard apartment reservation. At best, it resembles a dirty worker's studio.

    Avoid booking here—they are deceivers.

    Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The design is stunning—kudos to the architect and designer.

    Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, with a special shoutout to the manager for promptly addressing all our concerns.

    Breakfast was always tasty, and the waitresses were kind and attentive. We also enjoyed the sauna on the 7th floor and the pool with its stunning view.

    The only minor issue was the ski rental gear, which wasn't in top shape, but the manager helped us out.

    Had a fantastic time at the loft in Gudauri. The location was ideal, the food was tasty, and the hotel staff were friendly and attentive. The room was nice, though a bit too warm. The only downside was the ski rental linked to the hotel; the experience was subpar. The skis were in poor condition, improperly fitted, and hadn’t been waxed in ages. I recommend getting your skis elsewhere!
