    My stay at this place was a major letdown. Given the high cost, I expected much more.

    The staff were not friendly at all and even acted aggressively toward guests instead of being welcoming or helpful.

    The website claimed there was free parking, but there isn't any parking space. The path to the hotel is not accessible by car, so you have to carry your luggage uphill from the main road. This is especially difficult during heavy snow, as the path isn't cleared and you have to trudge through deep snow to get there.

    Room soundproofing is terrible. You can hear everything from the rooms next door, making it hard to relax.

    To top it off, the staff didn't show any understanding or concern for guest issues. Instead of addressing complaints, they were defensive and confrontational.

    I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

    The location is excellent, but our stay was very disappointing. Daily cleaning was supposed to be provided, but it never happened. At checkout, they accused us of leaving the room messy and charged extra for cleaning.

    The bathroom had a bad odor, we only had cold water for two days, and there was no mountain view as promised. The staff was rude and unprofessional. It seemed good initially, but overall, it was a very negative experience.

    Новое здание впереди слегка съело панораму с видом на горы, но это не смогло заслонить теплоту и заботу персонала. Их доброжелательность и готовность помочь превратили проживание в уютное переживание. Выбрав это место среди множества других, я понял, что комфортная обстановка и внимание к гостю для меня ценнее любого вида.

    The room is very spacious, accommodating up to 6-7 people. It comes with kitchen utensils and a microwave. Unfortunately, there's a new building being constructed right in front, which blocks most of the mountain view. There's no dedicated parking area. The staff is friendly and speaks English. She's helpful in recommending tours. The room is well-priced given its large size.
