    "Недавно заглянул в уютное кафе "White Rabbit" и остался под огромным впечатлением! Это место словно создано для того, чтобы отдыхать и наслаждаться моментом. Интерьер — просто сказка: атмосферно, тепло и стильно. Персонал невероятно дружелюбный и учтивый, что делает посещение еще более приятным. Что касается еды, тут я в полном восторге! Настоящие кулинарные шедевры: всё свежее, вкусное и с изюминкой. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова при первом же удобном случае!"

    Drinks are amazing, though the food was disappointing and took ages to arrive. I even saw the chef bump into the wall because he seemed quite intoxicated. Overall, it's an awesome bar.

    Плохое место. Здесь не слышали о заботе о клиентах. Уровень обслуживания — почти нулевой. Персонал, избалованный российскими туристами, разучился нормально общаться. Будьте осторожны при заказе чего-либо, потому что при проблемах с кухней или электричеством виноваты будете вы. Если они решат вернуть вам деньги за неоказанную услугу, будьте благодарны. Если начнете спорить, даже если правы, тот, кто должен убирать снег, вдруг окажется ответственным за ваш заказ и почувствует себя начальником. Гудаури позиционирует себя как современный европейский курорт, но с таким грубым обслуживанием никогда не подняться выше советского уровня.

    Poor experience. The staff lacks customer service skills, seemingly influenced by Russian tourists, and forgets basic communication. If there's an issue with the kitchen or electricity, they might blame you, as if it's your fault they can't fulfill your order. If they refund you, you should feel grateful. Arguing doesn't help; anyone around might act like they're in charge. Gudauri aims to be a modern European resort, but with such rude staff, it feels stuck in the Soviet era.
