Odalarda ücretsiz su yok, ama alabileceğiniz bir seçenek var. Katlarda sebil var, evet yanlış okumadınız, sebil var. Doldurup içebilirsiniz. Kahvaltıda haçapuri (peynirli pide) olması iyi. Odalarda balkon olması güzel. Gori'nin en iyi oteli olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Tekrar gelir miyim? Pek sanmıyorum.

המלון הכי טוב באזור, ממוקם כמעט על שפת הנהר עם נוף מדהים שנשקף מהחדרים ומהאזורים הציבוריים. החדרים סבירים והשירות מאוד קשוב וחביב, עם הרבה רצון טוב לעזור ולהדריך. הצוות דובר מספר שפות. הספא והבריכה מצוינים, ויש גם מגרשי טניס וחניון רחב. המסעדות במלון טובות, ואילו ארוחת הבוקר קצת חוזרת על עצמה, אך כוללת את כל מה שצריך. אנחנו עדיין כאן (בקרוב שלושה שבועות) וכל יום נהיה יותר מהנה. אם אתם מגיעים לגורי, זה המלון בשבילכם, תהנו!

This hotel claims to be 5 stars, but it feels more like 2. The pool is nice, but the rest of the place is only about 3 stars. There was no hot water, and the blinds didn’t cover the entire window. Everything felt like it could fall apart at any moment. If you’re not interested in the pool, I recommend looking for another place to stay.

This hotel definitely doesn't feel like a '5-star' place. Everything is just okay, nothing special.
My biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. My room was at 31°C, extremely hot, and when I tried to adjust the temperature, it didn't work. I asked the front desk about it, and they told me they aren't turning on the AC because of the weather. I asked when they would, and they said maybe in two weeks.
The wine was decent, but the staff were nice; unfortunately, the wine itself wasn't great.
