Обратился сюда по поводу утерянных документов. Сотрудники были приветливы, но процесс занял гораздо больше времени, чем я ожидал. Ощущение, что тут действует все по принципу "не спеши". Несколько раз приходилось объяснять одну и ту же информацию разным полицейским. Не уверен, что они хорошо координируются между собой. Помещение не очень комфортное, к тому же, довольно душное. Связь по телефону оказалась непростой, к моменту прибытия не все документы были подготовлены. Может быть, им стоит подумать о более четкой организации их работы? В целом, опыт не самый приятный, но результат был достигнут.
