Переезд в Грузию был полон открытий, но этот отель оставил смешанные чувства. Удобное расположение рядом с морем радует, однако ожидала большего от сервиса. Обслуживание кажется немного формальным, ощущение уюта так и не появилось. Хотелось бы более теплого приёма. В живописном Гонио это место могло бы стать настоящим оазисом, если бы не такие мелочи.

Как только вошел, сразу почувствовал спокойствие и уют. Местный персонал очень приветлив и всегда готов помочь. Номер оказался просторным и светлым, с потрясающим видом на море. Интерьер не слишком вычурный, но создающий ощущение комфорта и отдыха.
Больше всего впечатлил завтрак — разнообразие блюд приятно удивило, и всё было очень вкусно и свежее. Удобное расположение позволило легко добраться до ближайших достопримечательностей. Понравилось, что в отеле тихо, и ничего не мешало отдыху.
Весь опыт оставил исключительно положительные впечатления. Здесь действительно можно расслабиться душой и телом. Однозначно рекомендую. - T

-No decent food (no options). Room #402 was a disaster—noisy and smelly. Couldn't open the window or door. Owner Nana disregarded my reservation for a big single bed and stuck me with twin beds, suggesting to push them together and fill the gap with a blanket. 😑 Shower head was broken—couldn't have a proper shower.

В августе 2019 года приехали и заселились в заранее забронированный номер. Встретили нас очень тепло, как родных, и сразу пригласили за стол. Продукты на столе были очень свежие. После этого отправились на море. Внуки были в восторге, купались и радовались. Пляж оказался полон интересных развлечений. Вечером снова собрали за столом. Люди здесь невероятно доброжелательные и отзывчивые. С любовью, из Украины.
