Apart-hotel "Green Side"

I had a great time at this seaside accommodation. It was clean, cozy, and just a short walk from the beach, which made my holiday very relaxing.

The staff were friendly and supportive, and the atmosphere was peaceful and enjoyable. I loved staying here and would suggest it to anyone looking for a nice beachside vacation.

My experience at this accommodation was fantastic. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the staff was both friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was incredibly inviting.

The location is perfect for easy travel, and the common areas are well-designed and practical. Everything was well-organized and carefully managed.

I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return!

The hotel is mostly nice, but I got an ear infection from using the indoor pool. Be cautious.

I strongly advise against this hotel due to inadequate service, cleanliness issues, and false room descriptions.

👍 Pros:
- Gorgeous view from the Family Suite with Balcony (although there was a major downside, mentioned below)
- Delicious breakfasts and friendly, attentive staff at Elly Restaurant

👎 Cons:
- Room was infested with cockroaches
- Room did not match its description or photos — instead of a sea or mountain view, we faced a noisy construction site
- When we requested a room change, we were initially told no rooms were available. Only after persistent discussions at the reception did they magically "find" 4 rooms — 3 of which also faced the construction, making them very noisy
- Reception staff were unhelpful and ignored our requests
- Cleaning was inadequate — when asked to clean, they said they were too busy. All they did was change towels and slippers
- No drinking water refills in the room
- Outdoor pool was closed in June
- Indoor pool was freezing — despite twice asking the receptionist and engineer to turn on the heating, nothing changed. We couldn't use any pools during our 7-day stay, which was very disappointing
- Water from coolers had a strong chlorine smell, likely unsafe tap water
- No private beach as stated — we had to pay €1 per sunbed to local vendors; the hotel did not provide its own

Overall, the hotel was quite good. The room was pleasant, and at night, we could hear the sound of the sea. However, the breakfast didn't match the picture provided. The selection was limited, and there was an additional charge for coffee and juices.

Great apartments and caring staff! The sauna is a major advantage!

Провел там три ночи, и впечатления остались очень приятные и спокойные. Персонал невероятно приветливый и всегда готов помочь. Особенно запомнился сотрудник по имени Зура — очень вежливый и искренний. Кроме него, был еще человек, говорящий по-немецки, и вежливая сотрудница, все очень дружелюбны. У нас было две комнаты с гостиной и кухней. На кухне много посуды и есть плита, но мы ей не пользовались. В комнате не было телефона, так что при необходимости надо было спускаться на ресепшен. Завтрак был включен, но оказался достаточно скромным, поэтому на второй и третий день завтракать ходили в город. Отель находится на расстоянии от центра Батуми, и, пожалуй, это единственная причина, по которой обратно, возможно, не захотел бы вернуться. Остальные незначительные недостатки не портили общий положительный настрой.

The staff was nice, but we found a hair on the bed 🛌.

Отличное место для отдыха семьей или парой. Чудесный вид из окна. Есть бассейн, тренажерный зал и сауна. Завтрак выше всяких похвал: все свежее и очень вкусное. До моря всего несколько шагов.
