Our experience in Gudauri was truly memorable thanks to this hotel. The highlight was the manager, Zura, who was exceptionally kind and accommodating. The hotel offered a serene atmosphere, spacious rooms, stunning views, and a pleasant neighborhood. Zura stood out as one of the most remarkable people we encountered in Georgia—he provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations nearby, directed us to local attractions, and made our visit more enjoyable and significant. Throughout our entire trip in Georgia, even in Tbilisi, we didn't meet anyone as wonderful as Zura!

This hotel is truly a hidden gem. It's a delightful and cozy mountain getaway in Gudauri! We appreciated the charming wooden chalet design, which blends beautifully with the snowy landscape. Our room was spacious and clean, with a private balcony that provided stunning, tranquil views of the nearby peaks.

The hospitality stood out during our stay. The staff at the reception and restaurant were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and eager to assist, making us feel genuinely welcomed. They also offered a delicious and fresh breakfast spread to help us start our day before venturing out into the cold.

The hotel is nice overall — the rooms are clean and well-kept, and the surroundings are pleasant. However, the service was not friendly. Our requests for basic drinks were turned down, and even a small bottle of water cost 5 GEL. There was no room cleaning during our stay, and we didn't receive essential items like paper towels.

Additionally, the hotel only serves breakfast, which is inconvenient since there are limited dining options nearby. Getting to the nearest restaurant requires a taxi that costs about 27 GEL each way. While the accommodation itself is decent, the lack of hospitality and basic services really affected our experience.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Considering the price, it's unbeatable. If I return to Gudauri, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

The rooms are spotless, and the breakfast is the best I've been offered.

We spent two nights at this resort-style hotel, which is wonderfully adorned with antiques. The view of the snow-covered mountains is spectacular. The rooms are cozy, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. We had the pleasure of meeting the chef, who prepared breakfast for us daily, and his father, a truly kind gentleman. Unfortunately, I don't know their names, but I included their photos in my review. Their warm hospitality made us feel like family. I highly recommend this place for your stay.
