The family crypt of the noble Chilashvili family in Dusheti is a one-story church, which is the family cemetery of the Chilashvili family, which has continued to function over the past two centuries. Built in the 18th century from cobblestones and bricks, this church contains a rich history of the development of Georgian funerary traditions. Among the graves located on the territory, you can find the last refuge of Major General Chilashvili, who died in 1850.

The square base of the bell tower is preserved on the western wall of the church, and the church itself, despite the fact that it is not currently functioning, remains open to the public. The crypt provides an opportunity to trace the evolution of the architecture of the graves, some of them dating back to the 1810s.

Каждая деталь — словно страница семейной хроники, скрыта среди деревьев. Минус лишь в том, что церковь не действует, но это позволяет сосредоточиться на мыслях и чувствах. Вид на город особенно завораживает, создавая атмосферу умиротворения.
