Pataridze's Rachuli winery lifts capacity to 30,000 bottles a year with new facility
The Pataridze's Rachuli winery has raised its annual production capacity to 30,000 bottles after opening a new facility, BMG reports, citing the company's founder. The facility was built with support from a GEL 500,000 grant from the Rural Development Agency.
The winery started with about 100 bottles and later grew output to 3,000. Its first export to the United States took place in 2016, and the wine has since been shipped to Italy, France and China. The company has warehouses in Germany and Shanghai to supply Europe and Asia.
