Hotel on Erekle street in Borjomi

非常失望的一次经历。我们自驾游格鲁吉亚，提前在Agoda上预订了这家酒店，但当我们晚上八点多到达时，前台的工作人员告诉我们没有房间了。我们明明提前付款并确认了预订。这个人后来打电话给他的老板，结果老板也说没有房间，让我们自己去取消订单，其他事情不管。我们花了很长时间才找到另一家酒店，真的很累。还得自己联系Agoda申请退款，这让我更加疲惫，还花了不少国际电话费。我对这家酒店的不负责任行为感到非常失望，这不仅影响了我的旅行体验，也损害了格鲁吉亚的旅游形象。

The hotel was quiet and peaceful with a clean room. Breakfast was just average. I recommend staying here, but the internet was poor and only accessible at the reception, not in the room. The air conditioners didn't work, and cold air came through the doors, making it a bit chilly inside. The bathroom had only shampoo, no shower gel. If the air conditioners worked, it would be fine.

Outstanding

Good aspects of this hotel:
1. Convenient location.
2. Large rooms.
3. Friendly kitchen staff.

Negative aspects:
1. Lack of cleanliness.
2. No Wi-Fi; they claim it's being repaired but it never works.
3. Unpleasant smell from bathroom pipes.
4. Bugs in the bathroom.
5. Dusty corners and areas around the beds.
6. Noisy heater in the room, making it difficult to sleep. It’s placed in a wardrobe near the bed and is loud without a CO detector.
7. Strange staff behavior; men linger in the lobby staring, and the receptionist makes you feel unwelcome.
8. Poor breakfast quality.
9. Sauna and hot-tub were not functional.

Прекрасное место в центре города. Номера удобные, а интерьер современный. Мы остановились на пятом этаже, откуда открывался восхитительный вид на город и реку. Персонал очень вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные, каждый найдет что-то по своему вкусу.

The WiFi here is terrible; it's almost nonexistent in the rooms. There's a lot of space in the rooms, but the bathroom feels like it's part of a nursing home—huge and all white. The TV and its remote didn't work. There were no cups or a kettle to make coffee in the morning, which was odd. Even when we found a kettle, its cord was too short, and the power socket was far away, so we had to improvise to make coffee. There was only a tiny trashcan in the bathroom. Where are we supposed to throw our trash? It's like they expect us to leave rubbish all over the place. The bathroom toilet kept flushing constantly, which was incredibly annoying and unpleasant. Overall, the negative aspects made the stay quite disappointing.

Зимой не так много отелей открыто, но этот просто отлично расположен. Очень комфортно. Из окон всех номеров открывается потрясающий вид, а у нас их было четыре. Завтрак действительно хороший, и он уже включён. Персонал очень приятный. Самое лучшее — нас вечером угостили домашним вином. ☺️

Отель с тремя звездами, но особенно хорошее в нём — только расположение рядом с рекой, рынком и ресторанами. Однако вид из окна открывается на заброшенный дом, что разочаровывает. На фотографиях отеля показан бассейн, но это неправда — бассейн принадлежит другому месту. Завтрак очень хороший, в основном халяль и подходит для арабских гостей. Мы забронировали через компанию и оказались здесь, но, к сожалению, мебель в номерах старая, и кровати совсем неудобные. Нет чайника, чая или кофе, а кондиционер сначала не работал — пришлось менять пульт. Ресепшн закрывается в 8 вечера, остаётся только охранник. Для арабских туристов в Боржоми есть и лучшие варианты, поэтому этот отель рекомендовать не могу.
