Hotel "Happy Home"

Noise from the neighboring room was disturbing, and the room had an uncomfortable setup with a door and a window on the wall. The host wasn't rude, but after leaving negative feedback, the owner contacted me asking for an explanation instead of addressing the issues. The door had a mirror and was locked, which felt creepy and unsafe, as if someone might be watching. They should provide clear information about such room features and communicate better with guests. I don't recommend this place! They might reach out to manipulate you over negative reviews!

Сердце сказочного Боржоми, как оказалось, прячется в этих уютных стенах. Свежий ремонт радует глаз - словно путешествуешь во времени, обходя старомодные уголки. Ощущение стиля и комфорта заставляет забыть о мирской суете. Ночь прошла как в тишине гор — спокойно и умиротворенно. Как приятно, когда хозяин - почти друг, готовый помочь и поделиться местными секретами. Место, где по-настоящему можно отдохнуть.

Меня огорчили отношения с хозяином этой гостиницы. Я была шокирована его наглостью и попытками обмануть нас с ценами. Оказалось, что стоимость на Booking для него просто "ошибка", и он потребовал от нас больше денег напрямую. Когда мы отказались, он стал агрессивным и велел нам убираться. Настоящий мошенник, остерегайтесь его!

Слышимость в комнате — как в барабане, всю ночь слушал чужие разговоры и храп. Маленькие душные комнаты и протекающий душ, который не давал уснуть. Настоящее испытание для нервов. Не знаю, что ещё сказать, кроме как: избегайте этого места, если цените свой сон и отдых.

Steer clear of this place — I had to call the police due to the owner's hostile behavior!

Уют, который чувствуешь сразу. Хозяин – душевный человек, всегда готов помочь. Чистота на высоте, особенно в ванной. Цены не кусаются. Уезжать не хотелось.

Everything feels so fresh and modern here. There’s a long balcony decorated with plenty of flowers, perfect for lounging with seats and a table. Impeccably clean everywhere. The owner offers a convenient mini-van for trips and transfers. They are extremely kind and attentive.

Pokój i łazienka były czyste i zadbane, cena była przystępna i zgodna z informacjami w internecie. Właścicielka była bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. :)

The owner is a total scammer. He tried to trick us into paying more by lying about the prices, claiming that the Booking prices were a “mistake” (which is impossible). He insisted that we cancel our reservation and pay him more directly, even though we wouldn't be paying the Booking fee that way. He also told us that we only needed to book 5 nights instead of 7 because “that’s how it works”. When we called him out on his dishonesty, he suddenly turned aggressive and rude, demanding that we leave his property. An actual swindler.
