Sights of Georgia in Borjomi - a monument to the Georgian composer Zakhari Paliashvili on Rustaveli Street.

He returned home in 1903, where he founded the Philharmonic Society and began teaching. In 1919 he created the opera "Abesalom and Eteri," and in 1923 the opera "Daisi," after which he became a legendary composer.
The Georgian Hymn is composed of fragments of these great operas. Zakhari Paliashvili made Georgia famous and contributed greatly to the national culture of the country. The National Opera and Ballet Theatre is named after him. The composer died in 1933 in Tbilisi.
