Exceptional service and quality! Found a perfect pet carrier, all thanks to a helpful staff member who personally got it off the shelf, demonstrated features, and even assembled it herself. Their recommendations turned my picky kitten into a fan of their treats. My high-end carrier was reasonably priced at 150 lari, with affordable options starting from 50 lari. Fantastic pet shop experience, far better than other local alternatives.

Ridiculous prices. Identical pet supplies can be found much cheaper in other stores. Bowls, for instance, cost nearly double here. Cage prices are even more outrageous—ordering online from another country would've saved me a fortune. While the variety and quality are impressive, it's not worth the extra cost. Spend your money wisely elsewhere.

Зашла в зоомагазин за кормом для кошки и осталась разочарована отношением персонала. На вопрос о наличии корма получила грубый и высокомерный ответ. Странно, что они не знают своего товара: корм, который я искала, у них уже несколько лет в продаже. Складывается впечатление, что покупатели там не особенно интересуют.

Улыбка на лице и довольный французик - вот результат моего визита сюда! Будто для всех питомцев здесь рай на земле. Шагаешь между стеллажами, словно в лабиринте счастья, а вокруг — чудеса для хвостатых друзей. Спасибо персоналу за искреннюю заботу и внимание.

Совершенно не ожидала такой хамской выходки от сотрудника зоомагазина в Батуми. Многие месяцы все было хорошо, а сейчас натолкнулась на стену грубости и неуважения. Парень из персонала ни слова не ответил по-русски, хотя раньше общался нормально. На английском тоже ничего путного не дождалась. В итоге нагрубил и послал. Если ищете профессиональное обслуживание и вежливость, обходите это место стороной.

Disrespectful and condescending service. Asked for help in English and was met with disdain and an unwillingness to assist. The staff seemed more interested in showing their superiority than helping me find the right pet food. Disappointing experience, won’t be returning.

Rude and discriminatory service! I’ve been coming here for over a month, but today’s experience was terrible. I asked for the owner's contact number, and he became impolite and offensive, ending up swearing at me. Never have I felt so disrespected. Have been living here for three years and this is the worst situation I've encountered. Action needs to be taken immediately!
