There's not much to see here. Trains depart from upstairs, but you need to go downstairs first. There's a cafe and a public office down there. I didn't notice any ticket machines or ticket purchase options; buying tickets online might be the best bet. Just be cautious, as there are several websites pretending to be official ticket sellers. The train was supposed to leave at 4:45 PM, but the screen showed 4:50 PM. Perhaps they want people to come earlier?

Terrible place. The seller looks so unhappy with her life that she seems to want others to feel the same way 🤡. She didn’t answer my questions and was very unprofessional. It was freezing inside, and there were a lot of people who invaded personal space and had no understanding of boundaries 🤡.
Also, the toilet costs money. People from cities where cash is rarely used might find it difficult or end up peeing right by the coin machine. - Y
Tiflis’e giden tren için burayı kullandık. Sabah 8:00 treni öncesinde yiyecek almak istedik ama açık bir yer bulamadık. Tren içindeki otomatta da yiyecek ve içecek seçenekleri oldukça sınırlıydı. Sabah treniyle yaklaşık 5 saatlik bir yolculuk yapacaklar için bunu dikkate almalarını öneririm.
