Безответственный мастер. Работает не в салоне, а в маленьком бутике в торговом центре. После маникюра у меня началось покраснение и отек пальцев. Через 4 дня написала мастеру о дискомфорте и желании снять покрытие, чтобы избавиться от боли. Она ответила, что это не из-за её работы, хотя это связано с материалами и обработкой ногтей. Непрофессионально и безответственно подходить так к клиентам. Она предложила снять материал за 15 лари, хотя маникюр стоил 80 лари (что выше среднего по Батуми). В других салонах всегда есть гарантия и бесплатное снятие. В ватсаппе отвечает как чат gpt и не берет ответственности за свою работу. Никому не советую обращаться к ней. Приложила скрины переписок.
