At the end of a building with external staircases, located in Batumi, a bright and expressive mural by Krashkid appeared, which organically fits into the urban space. This mural creates an atmosphere of lively and dynamic interaction between art school students and the world of street art. The main composition revolves around the stairs, which have become an important part of the overall picture. They seem to connect different characters engaged in everyday activities: some are resting, some are reading, and some are carrying materials. Every scene seems to come to life on these steps.
The background of the mural is images that have absorbed urban elements typical of modern Batumi, which is often perceived as a “concrete jungle”. This contrast emphasizes the special soul of the historical part of the city, recalling its rich past. The art school building itself, surrounded by high-rise buildings, remains like an island of culture among new buildings, preserving its uniqueness and artistic value. The details of the mural are a bridge between the students and modern street culture, adding a special character to the mural.
Thus, Krashkid’s work not only decorates urban space, but also becomes a link between history and modernity, art and everyday life.
