At one of the ends of the building in Batumi there is a bright and abstract mural created by artist Alexander Isakov in 2022. This art object is made in the author’s characteristic manner, combining architectural elements, geometric shapes and bright colors. The composition of the mural fits harmoniously into the urban environment, offering a unique interpretation of local culture and visual language.
The image is filled with contrasting lines, where the shapes smoothly flow into each other, creating complex patterns and reminiscent of recognizable buildings or urban objects. In the center of the composition, rich shades of green and blue stand out, symbolizing the dynamics and energy of the city, while elements of orange and white add warmth and balance. This mural is not just a wall decoration, it seems to tell a story about how architecture and patterns can be intertwined into a single visual narrative.
Isakov’s work is an example of contemporary art, which through abstraction conveys the diversity and multi-layered nature of urban life.
