Our family experience here was pretty disappointing. A young mom and I scheduled massages together, while our husbands went to the pool and spa to wait for us. After our massages, we were told to leave because the place was closing. We kept asking about our husbands and where we should go, but no one helped us find the changing rooms. There was no guidance at all; we didn't even know how to exit the building. Our husbands were waiting, and no one informed us where to find them. The service was poor, and the communication with customers was lacking.
