Siamo entrati con buone aspettative, attratti dall'aspetto pulito e professionale del supermercato, ma la situazione è cambiata drasticamente all'interno. Al piano superiore, una commessa scortese ci ha seguito come se fossimo dei criminali, addirittura chiedendoci perché stessimo ridendo mentre parlavamo tra di noi. La situazione è peggiorata quando due dei nostri ragazzi hanno mangiato una torta che sembrava avariata e sono stati male per un giorno intero, mostrando sintomi di intossicazione alimentare. Il sospetto che la torta fosse la causa è alto, dato che era l'unico cibo diverso consumato rispetto agli altri membri della famiglia. Inoltre, le cassiere sono poco disponibili e ti mandano in un'altra cassa in modo brusco, anche se non ci sono code. Confermo quindi le lamentele di molti altri utenti riguardo alla scarsa qualità del cibo e alla scortesia del personale verso i turisti. È fondamentale che cambiate atteggiamento, visto che l'economia della città dipende in gran parte dal turismo. In altre parole, care cassiere, il vostro stipendio è sostenuto da noi e meritiamo più rispetto.

Очень маленький супермаркет с обычным ассортиментом товаров. Ставлю 5 звезд, потому что мужчина на входе был очень вежлив и с чувством юмора.

The cashier is very rude and shows a lack of respect. They ignore you if you're a foreigner and only respond to locals. It's strange since this place is near a hotel and attracts many tourists. I do not recommend it at all.
