During breakfast, a staff member was mopping the floor right in front of us. When we requested her to stop, they didnโt even apologize. The cake took too long to arrive, and when we decided not to order it, they falsely claimed it couldn't be canceled. The experience was very disappointing, and the service was poor. The waitstaff were quite rude.
