    The pharmacist here doesn't speak English. We asked for a French medication for my 10-month-old son, but they took a long time and ended up choosing a Russian product. After I paid, I noticed that the instructions clearly stated it’s not suitable for children under two years old. I tried to return it, but they refused without giving any reason.

    Обслуживание ужасное. Обратился к двум молодым девушкам, которые увлеченно разговаривали на грузинском. Поздоровался и спросил, владеют ли они русским или английским. Меня полностью проигнорировали и продолжили разговор. Через несколько секунд, поняв, что меня не слушают, развернулся и собрался уходить. Только тогда мне в ответ бросили фразу: "чуть-чуть говорим на русском". Неприятно и разочаровывающе.

    Хочу поблагодарить сотрудников аптеки. Бываю по несколько раз за сезон, т.к. часто болею. Очень нравится, что фармацевты не только продают лекарства, но и грамотно и терпеливо консультируют. Данная аптека привлекает к себе именно компетентность и вежливость сотрудников. Желаю коллективу оставаться таким же сплоченным и дружелюбным. Спасибо вам.
