В начале 2024 года мы ужинали здесь. Мы заказали куриные крылья, грузинский салат и барабульку. Все было очень вкусно, готовили быстро и обслуживание было очень вежливым. Так как уже наступил вечер и я замерзла, официант предложил мне чистую кофту, так как в связи с пандемией не предоставляли пледы.

The service experience and quality of food left much to be desired. We decided to visit this place, which has an inviting open veranda. As a result, we found ourselves in a situation where we waited half an hour for the menu to appear, then another half hour for our order to be taken. A portion of lamb with adjika arrived floating in excess oil, and the amount of lamb itself was only 30% of the entire dish. The mushrooms with cheese were served raw, after which, having refused this dish, we asked for the bill. However, when asked to provide an invoice in English, we were told that this was not possible. As a result, after an hour and a half wait, they brought us a handwritten bill in Georgian. When checking the menu, it turned out that something was missing, and we had to wait for the bill to be processed. At the same time, a 10% tip was automatically added. We refused to pay the tip and left feeling disappointed.

From the outside, the restaurant looked very attractive, and we decided to go there for dinner. However, at the entrance we were met by an old woman who somewhat rudely asked what we wanted. After we expressed our desire to eat, she called someone in Georgian, and another older woman approached us with the same not very friendly question. We were seated in front of the stage and the music was turned up at full volume, making conversation almost impossible. The second woman turned out to be our waiter and, when ordering, said that “all this is not available” - refusing soups, coffee and bread. At the same time, for some reason the locals had all these dishes on their tables. Deciding that such service was not worth continuing, we got up and left, and the woman smiled back at us.
The overall service experience was extremely unpleasant. It seemed as if we were at some kind of holiday where we were not expected, only leftover food from other guests was offered, and they did not want to cook something separate for us. -

Красивая башня, особенно классные фотки получаются со стороны озера - основание башни скрывается в зелени и видна именно башня на фоне неба.
