We often visit this spa for both training and relaxation, and it’s consistently a fantastic experience, but yesterday was exceptional.
Even though we're not staying at the hotel, one of the staff members went out of her way to assist us and even provided us with bathrobes without any hesitation. Such kindness is truly special.
We didn't catch her name, but we want to express our gratitude. Her warmth and genuine care really brightened our day.

For Batumi, this is a great experience. It's affordable, though not the cheapest. You get a 3-in-1 deal with a gym, pool, and sauna. Enter the hotel, take the elevator to the fifth floor, and head to reception for a free towel. The changing room is on the left, and you'll receive a wristband for the lockers (though these often break, so keep it in a pocket or shoe just in case). Head right to the small gym, play some music, use the machines for about 30 minutes, and check your weight. Return to the changing room, then go to the swimming pool. Showers are on the left, with three lanes for swimming 25 meters. There's a kids/warm water area and deck chairs. Go down to the spa area, with showers on the left, and walk ahead to find the saunas. The first is a wet sauna; watch out for heaters in the wall. Stand up on the seat for more warmth. The next is a dry sauna. Take a cold shower, then repeat. Finish by relaxing on deck chairs, listening to calming music from the TV. You'll likely feel satisfied. It costs around 100 € for a month in 2026, or about 17 € for a single entry, with various additional options priced separately.

The place is clean, accepts card payments, has reasonable prices for Batumi, and offers a lovely morning view. The service is good. Highly recommended!

Пока были там, террасу у бассейна как раз чистили, и грязная вода лилась на головы прохожих. За 50 GEL такое больше не хочется. Не рекомендую.

The gym equipment is outdated and things are frequently broken. The cooler has an unpleasant smell, and the water quality is poor everywhere. Cleaning seems to be insufficient. They don't provide conditioner or shampoo, and the hair dryer is ineffective. The children's pool has cold water, and the hammam and bath lack lighting. Overall, the spa is not well-maintained.

Before 4pm, the pool is filled with children. Adults are required to wear an unnecessary cap.

Посещали это место дважды и обязательно вернемся снова! Были с ребенком 3,5 лет, все чисто, есть отдельный бассейн для детей, сауна и хаммам. Выдают полотенца, одноразовые тапочки (для ребенка брали свои), целлофановые шапочки. Есть кулеры с водой, раздевалки чистые, с душем и феном. Очень довольны. Цена 50 лари.

Салон приятно удивил: есть два бассейна, один большой и второй поменьше, с более теплой водой для детей. Удобная сауна, кулеры с водой всегда под рукой, и везде поддерживается чистота. Полотенца предоставляют на месте, а тапочки лучше взять свои. Для посещения бассейна нужна шапочка. Единственный нюанс — за порядком в бассейне особо не следят, но это не мешает общему впечатлению.
