    After several unpleasant encounters, I felt compelled to leave this review. This shop deserves no stars. The staff is extremely rude and uses so-called “company rules” as a shield for their poor behavior.

    После визита в Carrefour я проходила мимо магазина. Я на позднем сроке беременности и мне стало тяжело. Я вежливо попросила по-грузински разрешение присесть на две минуты, но, к сожалению, сотрудники отказали. Честно говоря, я была удивлена. Не знаю, является ли это официальной политикой, но в такой ситуации человеку может стать плохо, особенно если это беременная женщина. Всем понятно, что на поздних сроках бывает трудно стоять. Трудно представить, что в подобной ситуации отказали бы пожилому человеку или кому-то, кому стало плохо. Это очень неприятное отношение. Надеюсь, компания пересмотрит свой подход и проявит больше человечности в таких ситуациях, когда людям действительно нужна помощь.

    Сотрудник по имени Зураб был крайне грубым и непрофессиональным. Мы с другом ждали, когда он заставил нас уйти, утверждая, что нам нельзя ждать без паспортов.

    Это было явно неправдой, так как другие люди внутри ждали без паспортов, и их никто не спрашивал и не выгонял.

    Его поведение было дискриминационным и явно расистским. Я не создавал никаких помех — просто ждал, как и все остальные, — но он разговаривал со мной неуважительно и агрессивно, приказывая встать в сторонку, в то время как другие покупатели оставались.

    Такое отношение неприемлемо и полностью портит впечатление от обслуживания. Я настоятельно рекомендую руководству разобраться с этим поведением немедленно.
