    Got a faucet emergency while enjoying Batumi. Stepped into this plumbing store hoping for a quick solution. Tried starting with a bit of Georgian — nope, didn’t work. They only spoke one language there: silence. Honestly, it was a struggle just to get them to look at my photos for reference. I've had better experiences elsewhere, but this time, left me shaking my head.

    Даже представить не мог, что в сантехническом магазине можно столкнуться с таким уровнем грубости и пренебрежения. Когда продавец откровенно игнорирует тебя и отказывается говорить на доступном языке, это переходит все границы приличия. Особенно удивительно видеть такое поведение в Грузии, где я привык к теплому и приветливому отношению. Было ощущение, что я мешаю ему просто находиться на рабочем месте. Очень разочарован.

    Заходила в магазин и попыталась начать разговор на грузинском, извинившись за его незнание. Однако продавец отказался говорить на другом языке. Перешла на английский — безрезультатно. Попробовала объясниться с помощью фотографии крана, но продавец даже не взглянул. Ранее всегда общалась с женщиной, и мы находили общий язык. Сегодняшняя ситуация меня очень разочаровала.
