מלון מדהים עם נוף לים. החדרים נוחים, הצוות אדיב, הבריכה נהדרת, והוא ממוקם במרכז בטומי.

How is this considered a five-star hotel? My experience was quite disappointing. The staff weren't very welcoming.

We paid a premium for a room with a view, but the windows were covered in large streaks that ruined the sight.

Breakfast was also lacking. Only someone who hasn’t stayed at a truly nice hotel would find it satisfactory. There wasn’t much variety. One morning, there were no pancakes ready, and we had to wait, even though they should have been prepped beforehand. There were no cold cuts for sandwiches, and while we saw strawberries and bananas one day, the next morning there were no strawberries and just one banana, despite us arriving early. The coffee was just plain black coffee with milk. For a hotel that markets itself as luxurious, I expected better coffee options.

The "spa" was disappointing as well. There was only one pool and no sauna, which would have improved the experience.

Another odd thing was the housekeeping staff. They were always staring at us and whispering to each other, which felt unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. Additionally, when we checked out, we were asked to wait while someone inspected our room before we could leave. We travel frequently and have never encountered that before.

Overall, the hotel tries to give off a luxurious vibe, but it doesn’t live up to that standard. It's not worth the price at all.

החדרים מרווחים, אך לא באותה איכות שאנחנו רגילים לה מישראל. המלון שקט ונעים, אך המקרר והמזגן לא עבדו. הניקיון היה יומי ונעשה בצורה נאה.

המלון קצת מיושן. הכל מריח כמו סיגריות. העבירו אותנו לחדר אחר והשירות היה טוב. אבל בסך הכל, אני מאוכזב מהמלון.

מלון עם מיקום נהדר. החדרים מרווחים. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה. הצוות מקסים ואדיב. הדבר היחיד שחסר הוא כרטיס חבר לאורחים שחוזרים כדי לקבל הנחות ומבצעים.

Ужасное обслуживание и персонал. Не рекомендую.
