Hotel "Sky in Batumi"

Постель была чистой, а номера оставляли желать лучшего.

Сервис отсутствует, WiFi не работал, никто не проявил заботу или не спросил. Персонал на рецепции оставил сообщение в WhatsApp, но его никогда не бывает на месте. Декор отеля не очень приятный.

The hotel leaves a somewhat mixed impression. While the exterior appears relatively new, the interior feels quite old and outdated. Some areas seem worn, and the cleanliness could be better, as the room didn't seem well-maintained.

On the positive side, the breakfasts were enjoyable, with a good variety of food and satisfactory quality. The soundproofing is effective, as noise from adjacent rooms was not a problem.

The hotel is situated near a highway, which might raise concerns at first. However, with the balcony door closed, the traffic noise was not noticeable, so it didn't disrupt the stay.

Overall, it's suitable for a short visit, offering good breakfasts and solid sound insulation, but it would benefit from better upkeep and a more thorough cleaning.

Avoid this place at all costs – it's a total scam! This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The photos are completely misleading. They showcase a building that's actually the Orbi Residence, while this hotel is just a small operation on the 25th floor. The rooms are dark and smell like cigarette smoke. There's no proper restaurant to have a meal, and none of the doors lock! That's right, no locks on the doors. The "balcony" is a joke, barely big enough to stand on. The bathrooms are tiny, and everything feels cramped and neglected. We left within an hour of arriving. I strongly advise against staying here. Be warned!

We booked from Delhi and were shocked to find the place gloomy and cramped, resembling a Mumbai chawl. It was extremely uncomfortable. We immediately moved to a nearby Best Western Hotel, which was much better and had availability. We would never recommend this hotel.

Персонал на 25 этаже очень дружелюбный, спасибо им за это. Однако к уборке номера есть замечания — на ковре иногда можно найти чужие ногти. Хотелось бы большего внимания к чистоте. Overall, хороший опыт, но есть над чем поработать.

Поздний заезд прошел благополучно благодаря приветливой девушке, встретившей нас на ресепшене. Номер оказался уютным, с двумя удобными кроватями, хотя качество постельного белья оставляло желать лучшего. Балкон с видом на море и горы был бы хорош, если бы туда поставили стулья и столик. Не удалось включить телевизор, а полотенца были старые и с дырками, которые не меняли все четыре дня. Вода в душе текла слишком слабо, душ занимал кучу времени. Завтрак начинается только в 9, поэтому за едой нужно стоять в очереди. Обслуживает одна сотрудница, и часто не успевает пополнять блюда. Кофе только в пакетиках, кружки сколоты. Не чувствуется заботы об элементарных удобствах. За уборку сложно судить, так как использованные кружки оставались в номере несколько дней. А еще отсутствует элементарная аптечка на ресепшене. Это место скорее напоминает попытку создать гостиницу, чем полноценное заведение.
