The space is very nice, and the view along with the room size is impressive! The atmosphere is friendly, and the garden is lovely.

Terrible experience. There was actual blood on the mattress! Black mold everywhere. They wouldn't give back the deposit for no reason, just a flat "what 50 Euro?". This place is a scam.

The place is dirty and has a lot of mold on the first floor. The kitchen utensils are inadequate. The air conditioning units are old and noisy, and they don’t provide enough warmth when it's below 10 degrees. The only positive aspect is the nice cat in the yard, but it doesn’t seem to be well taken care of. Be cautious about their so-called deposit; they will try to charge you for every towel, bedsheet, and any noise you make during your stay. It's better to look for other options; there are much better places for the same price.

They require a deposit just to hold your reservation.
I’ve stayed in three of their apartments, and some are better equipped than others. Overall, the rooms are missing essential items like hooks, shelves, bedside tables, and chairs for storing personal items. There are makeshift tables made from pallets, frequent internet disruptions, exposed and burnt cables, and hot plates with heating elements sticking out. The bathrooms have unpleasant odors and mold.
I became wary when I found out that this "hotel" demands a 100 lari deposit from every guest, and it seems the host looks for reasons to keep it.
At checkout, Giorgi would come into the room, lay out the towels on the bed, and inspect them for stains. If he noticed any coffee or tea marks, he would claim the towel was 'ruined' because he couldn't remove the stains and would deduct an arbitrary amount from the deposit.
Given that towels naturally wear out and considering the overall condition of the rooms, stained towels should not be a major concern.
What makes it worse is that they refer to themselves as an "ApartHotel." If they were honest and marketed themselves as a budget hostel, it might be acceptable. But presenting it as a hotel is far from accurate. - A
