Having visited several locations under this brand, my experience here was the most disappointing.
The first issue was that the staff didn't seem to know the menu well. I asked about the ingredients in the Eggs Benedict, but the waiter couldn’t answer and never returned after checking. Another staff member had to assist me. For a restaurant associated with this brand, I expected better menu knowledge.
I also inquired about which breakfast option would be more filling and was advised to try the breakfast platter. Unfortunately, it was underwhelming. For 25 GEL, the portion was quite small: just one small sausage, a few slices of cheap cheese, a cold boiled egg, some butter arranged on the plate, and a single piece of toast. It felt more like a random assortment of items rather than a proper breakfast.
The food was forgettable, and overall, the value for money was lacking. The portion sizes, quality, and presentation didn’t justify the price.
It was even more frustrating to be asked for a tip after receiving unclear recommendations and inconsistent service, especially from a staff member who hadn’t served us at all.
This brand has a solid reputation in Georgia, which made this experience particularly disappointing. The service, menu knowledge, and breakfast quality at this location didn’t meet my expectations.
