The hotel experience is heavily impacted by the loud construction happening nearby. From my balcony, I can see two major building projects obstructing my view. Inside the room, the noise is somewhat diminished, but on the balcony during work hours (around 9 am to 6 pm), it becomes unbearable—so much so that I can't even hear car horns, which is quite something. These projects seem unlikely to finish soon, unless the developers run out of money.

I stayed in a "Twin Room with City View." The room is decent overall, but the chairs are uncomfortable and there aren't enough electrical outlets; if the fridge is plugged in, the only available outlets are by the bedside. The room is clean and a good size. The shower has great water pressure and hot water, but the nozzle can't be adjusted downwards, so I had to hold it myself. The bed is comfortable, but the sheets don't fit well. The balcony offers privacy, and the elevator is modern. Checking in was straightforward.

If you're considering a hotel or apartment in Batumi, I recommend visiting first to gauge the construction noise. The ongoing housing development is negatively affecting the experience for both residents and tourists.
