Fantastic hotel in a prime location, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. There's a convenience store open 24/7 right next door, and all the beach clubs and restaurants are only a few minutes away. The service is top-notch, and the staff are wonderful. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The rooms are spacious, and there’s a designated smoking area outside on each floor.

An outstanding hotel! The front office supervisor, Anna, was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is excellent, the pool is great, and the rooms are nice—everything is just excellent.

Хочу выделить отличный сервис и высокий уровень подготовки персонала. Мы пришли, и, к сожалению, оказалось, что это не наша бронь, но нам помогли перенаправиться в другой отель. Я не запомнил имя менеджера, но он был очень вежлив. Девушка, которая помогала ему, тоже была очень отзывчивой. Такой высокий уровень обслуживания в Батуми встречается нечасто. Спасибо за заботу!

Ein Hotel mit seinen Schwierigkeiten und Mängeln. Ich habe hier viele Nächte verbracht. Leider gab es nie heißes Wasser, nur lauwarmes. Die Klimaanlage war entweder eiskalt oder hat wie eine Sauna gewirkt und musste immer über die Rezeption ein- oder ausgeschaltet werden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, aber die Bettwäsche wird nur auf Nachfrage gewechselt. Der Frühstücksraum ist in Ordnung, aber das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich schlecht, die Qualität der Speisen ist enttäuschend. Die Mitarbeiter sind meist freundlich, jedoch hat der Nachtwächter große Defizite. Kulanz wird hier nicht großgeschrieben. Umbuchungen werden sehr schlecht bearbeitet, und selbst wenn man mit Frühstück gebucht hat, darf man keinen anderen Gast bei Nichtanreise mitnehmen. Bei Kleinigkeiten werden Geldstrafen verhängt, und bevor diese bezahlt sind, gibt es weder Reparaturen noch Einlass. Selbst wenn Kinder abends kommen, wird auf Zahlung bestanden, mit Drohungen eines Rausschmisses. Besonders negativ möchte ich die Leitung der Rezeption hervorheben. Bei jeder Verlängerung des Aufenthalts werden die Preise angehoben.
