هذا المكان لا يستحق نجمة واحدة. الخدمة سيئة للغاية والعاملون غير متعاونين. لم أستطع البقاء ليلة واحدة رغم أنني دفعت ثمن ٤ ليالي. لم يرجعوا لي المال. الغرفة كانت كريهة الرائحة ومجاورة لمبنى قيد الإنشاء مما سبب لي إزعاجاً كبيراً. لم يتعاونوا في تغيير الغرفة رغم أنني حجزت غرفة أخرى بإطلالة على المدينة. أنصح بعدم الحجز في هذا الفندق.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. My room was next to a construction site, making it very noisy. I requested a different room, but they refused to accommodate me. The bathroom had a terrible sewage smell, and the service was extremely poor. I booked and paid for four nights but they wouldn’t refund me when I left the same day. They didn’t even ask why I paid full price without staying. I have proof. Please avoid this hotel to prevent the same issues.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed at. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-organized. The shower was the highlight of my trip, and the bed was comfortable. The only area for improvement is the breakfast; it was good but could be better. Other than that, it's truly an amazing hotel! 👏

Спасибо за отличное обслуживание и гостеприимство. В номерах всегда чисто, уборка ежедневно, все сотрудники дружелюбные и отзывчивые. Удобное расположение отеля, рядом площадь Европы, в самом центре, и море всего в двух минутах пешком. Мы пользовались спа-зоной и играли в бильярд. Завтраки были очень вкусные и разнообразные. Отдельное спасибо за апгрейд номера! 🙌🏼

I can only comment on the service since we didn’t actually stay at the hotel. We had booked multiple places across Georgia for our two-week trip, but had to cancel everything because of a family emergency in Tbilisi. Most places were understanding and accommodating, except for this hotel. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I completely get the importance of cancellation policies. However, there should always be some compassion in such situations, which we sadly did not experience here.

Great location! My room was quite spacious, but it was noisy and had an unpleasant odor. Breakfast is served starting at 8 AM.
