Номера в отеле просторные, душ и кондиционер работали хорошо, завтрак был стандартным. В целом, отель произвел хорошее впечатление. Из недостатков: номера для курящих, рядом идет стройка, до пляжа недалеко, но тротуара почти нет.

Номер для семьи был просторным, чистым и комфортным. Не хватало стульев и столика на балконе для вечернего отдыха. В номере есть чайник и кружки, но ни одного пакетика чая или кофе, и нет чистой воды в бутылках. Холодильник тоже пустой. Неясно, зачем нужен чайник без заварки. Завтрак отличный, детям тоже понравилось, нашли что поесть. Расположение близко к морю, но далеко от центра и достопримечательностей. Вокруг идет строительство, но по вечерам и ночью тихо, это не мешало.

El personal es muy amable y el hotel está bastante limpio. El desayuno podría ser mejor, ya que falta fruta y hay poca variedad de dulces, aunque es aceptable. La ubicación es buena si buscas la playa, pero está un poco lejos del centro.

Мы с коллегой, работая в туризме, часто останавливаемся в разных отелях во время отпусков. Номера здесь хорошие, но с завтраком возникли проблемы. Завтрак с 9 до 11, а мы пришли в 10 и не ожидали, что останется что-то. Самый неприятный момент был, когда мы увидели на Букинге цену 80 лари за ночь на двоих с завтраком по скидке Genius уровня 3. Когда мы спросили на ресепшене, нам сказали, что цена 100 лари. Мы указали на цену на Букинге, и нас попросили подождать, чтобы позвонить менеджеру. Через несколько минут нам сказали "бронируйте на Букинге", но оказалось, что в этот момент они меняли цену на сайте. Это выглядело очень некорректно.

Персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый. По первой просьбе предоставили все необходимое для нашей большой компании: посуду, микроволновку, комплект постельного белья. Из недостатков: в номерах очень холодные полы, приходилось постоянно включать кондиционеры на обогрев. Также в столовой было довольно холодно во время завтрака. В целом, это небольшой уютный отель, и сервисом мы остались довольны.
