ביקרנו בספא של המלון, ספא ויקטוריה. הטיפול היה מפנק ומקצועי מאוד. המקום היה נקי ומתוחזק ברמה גבוהה, והמטפלות מקצועיות ביותר! בהחלט מקום ששווה לחזור אליו!

The sea view is stunning, and the rooms are quite spacious. However, there are some odd issues: the refrigerator is very noisy, the curtains don't fully cover the windows, and the carpet is attached to the floor with clips that stick out in places, which can be a hazard for your feet if you're not careful.

فندق سيء للغاية ولا أنصح به. التعامل من جميع أفراد الطاقم كان سيئًا، ولا يوجد احترام أو تفهم، بل كانوا يستفزوننا ويتحدثون بطريقة غير لطيفة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، الفندق غير نظيف والغرف قديمة جدًا، حتى الحمام كان مظلمًا ورائحته كريهة في كل مكان. الطعام كان سيئًا جدًا، نفس الأطباق تُعاد تسخينها يوميًا. خلال الوجبات، كانوا يقفون بالقرب منا ويبدأون في إغلاق الطعام قبل نصف ساعة من انتهاء وقت الطعام، ويذكروننا بطريقة غير لطيفة بعد ذلك.

الغرف غير نظيفة والخدمات سيئة جداً. يتم تنظيف الغرف في وقت متأخر جداً، وكنا ننتظر المناشف يومياً لعدم وجودها. جميع أفراد الطاقم غير لطيفين بالمرة، وحتى الابتسامة غير موجودة. لا أنصح به على الإطلاق، تقييم 0 👎. غير مناسب للأطفال حيث لا توجد أي فعاليات أو حفلات لهم 👎.

To the Hotel Management,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your establishment. Our experience was very disappointing due to several significant issues and a complete lack of flexibility from your team.
Here are the specific problems we faced:
First, there was a strong smell of smoke in our room upon check-in. When we reported this, the staff didn't believe us and only sprayed air freshener, which made the air hard to breathe and did not solve the issue. When we requested a room change, our request was denied.
Second, there was a loud, constant rattling noise from outside that made it impossible to sleep. Again, we asked to move to a quieter room, and once more, our request was refused.
Third, my religious beliefs require me to wear modest clothing, but we were informed that we could only use the swimming pool if we wore short swimwear. We had to argue with the staff just to be allowed to swim, and this rigid policy limited us to only one day of swimming during our week-long stay.
Fourth, the attitude of the hotel staff was unacceptable. They spoke to us in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner.
The only positive aspect of our stay was the shopping mall (canyon) located inside the hotel.
Overall, our vacation was negatively impacted by the poor service and lack of cooperation. I expect a formal response regarding how you will address these issues and what compensation you can offer for our disappointing experience.

I would rate this hotel poorly because they only made the bed and didn’t clean the floors or focus on details. The staff told us we had to change our clothes before using the pool. Also, some employees smoked, and our room had a smell of cigarette smoke 🚬. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that didn’t meet our expectations. On a positive note, there is a mall connected to the hotel, which was very convenient.
