    Это небольшой отель с 5 этажами. Ресторан неудобный, маловместительный и шумный, не хватает места и еды. В номерах нужно звонить, чтобы включить кондиционер. В общем, плохой опыт.

    The hotel rooms are spacious and tidy. The view of the sea from both the room and the dining area is very calming. However, the location is not the best and is quite far from the lovely old town of Batumi. The breakfast offers a good variety, including different types of eggs, sausages, cheeses, and vegetables. Unfortunately, the rolls are not fresh, which has been a consistent issue each morning.

    Сегодня попытались забронировать семейный люкс с двумя спальнями. На сайте наши даты были доступны, поэтому мы решили приехать в отель и оплатить номер. Менеджер проверял наличие около 20 минут, сначала подтвердил, что номер есть, а потом сообщил, что его нет. Мы были очень разочарованы. Выйдя из отеля, проверили их сайт, и номер по-прежнему был доступен. Какой ужасный сервис и отсутствие клиентоориентированности!

    I booked a stay through the Marriott Bonvoy app and tried to extend my reservation for an extra night while also asking for a birthday cake for my partner. I made several international calls to the hotel but initially received no help. They said they would call me back, but I waited a long time without any response. Eventually, I reached the reservations team, but the agent seemed to lack knowledge and couldn't assist me with my requests. After all the trouble of making those calls, I still didn’t find a solution. Now, I'm worried about my upcoming trip to celebrate my partner's birthday, given the unhelpful staff and how they handle service requests.
