Уютный отель. Ресепшн находится на первом этаже жилого дома, а номера и лобби — на втором. Номера чистые, с новым ремонтом. Снаружи панорамное окно грязное. Завтрак разнообразный и сытный. Персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Разрешили оставить рюкзаки в отеле после выселения до вечера.

Отель произвел на меня отличное впечатление благодаря своей чистоте, уюту и внимательному обслуживанию. Завтрак был вкусным и свежим, кровать удобной, а душ чистым. Хотя до этого я останавливалась в двух отелях более высокой категории, именно здесь я смогла по-настоящему отдохнуть и расслабиться. Очень благодарна за гостеприимство и с теплом вспоминаю о пребывании.

Отель просто великолепный. Все новое и современное. Завтрак включен, подается с 7 до 10. Чай и кофе доступны круглосуточно. В номерах есть отопление и кондиционер. Также предоставляются тапочки, вода и зубные щетки. В ванной - шампунь, гель для душа и мыло. Все было замечательно! Спасибо, надеемся вернуться! Персонал очень вежливый и приятный.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the service at reception was terrible. We arrived around 4 AM, and although the reception is supposed to be open 24/7, we found a door open with a staff member asleep inside. This made us feel a bit uneasy about our safety. When we tried to wake him, he ignored us and refused to get up. Eventually, after insisting that we had paid for our stay from the 21st to the 24th, he reluctantly gave us the key. He took my passport, scanned it, and then fell asleep again. I had to remind him where he left my passport since he couldn't find it. If a hotel can’t provide proper service around the clock, they shouldn’t advertise it. It’s perfectly fine to operate during regular hours like many other hotels. If people went to work just to sleep, nothing would ever run smoothly!

Für den Preis war alles in Ordnung :) Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, aber ich denke, es ist für ein paar Tage ganz gut. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es eher schwierig, da die Wände ziemlich dünn sind. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, besonders da es keine Küche gibt. Die Mitarbeiterin, die wir getroffen haben, war freundlich und hilfsbereit! :)

For any Asian travelers looking for a pleasant, clean, and friendly hotel, this place is a great choice; you won't be disappointed. It's within walking distance to nice cafes and restaurants, including a fantastic Chinese restaurant about 1km away. The room has all the necessary amenities, and the shower is excellent. The mini café on the second floor is a big plus, so you won't need to boil water yourself. The reception staff is always polite, thoughtful, and very helpful. I initially planned to stay for just one night but ended up extending my visit. As someone who values high bathroom standards, I can say this hotel is impressive!
