The hospital is the only place where I was reprimanded for not speaking the local language. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had heard the communication there was lacking, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. Even when I used a translation app, they didn't care at all. What's the point of having staff like that? Management needs to seriously address this!!!!!

This hospital in Batumi is far from the worst, but it's still really bad. The staff, especially those at patient registration, are extremely rude. I had a bad experience with an ENT doctor there before, who damaged my ear with wrong treatment, but had to return due to the epidemic. I regret it. The experience was awful. It's like the staff are forced to work there. The dark-haired woman in particular seems to make everyone hate the place, ensuring no one wants to return and everyone regrets visiting.
