I’m going there today and I’m looking forward to it!

They were very helpful in assisting me to find what I needed, and their good English was a big plus for me as a foreign visitor. Thank you!

The staff here is fantastic—very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought an amazing Squier Fat Strat from this shop.

The quality of the staff makes a huge difference. When this store first opened, the consultants were fantastic—very helpful and knowledgeable. Now, the staff seems to be made up of arrogant salespeople who can't answer any questions and don't even bother to greet customers. During my last visit, they suggested I check out a piano while I was squatting because the stand was only 10 cm off the floor. They didn't even consider lifting it for customers to properly assess it. The salesperson just stood there with his hands in his pockets, watching me struggle to get a feel for the instrument.
