Отличная зона для прогулок утром, но днём вокруг ездят много машин и если вы хотите именно тишины, то вы её не получите. Главный плюс что здесь оборудованная площадка для собак - наверное единственная в Батуми сейчас. Если рядом живёшь, то наверное будешь часто сюда захаживать, но специально ехать сюда не стоит - в Батуми есть более красивые и уютные парки и скверы.
