Visiting this place left a terrible impression. They came with their daughter, 9 years old (29 kg), and did not let her in, explaining that according to their rules, only those under 8 years old could enter this zone. They didn’t take into account the fact that we had previously freely visited this place with a 3-year-old child, including even the slides. While grandmothers and grandchildren were there without any problems. The receptionist seemed unpleasant and unfriendly, the staff were rude. Plus, the cost of entry seemed prohibitively high. Totally negative experience.

Unsatisfactory service at Metro City Playland. The staff seems oblivious to their job duties and how to behave with customers. The playground itself is nice and well maintained. However, please pay attention to the rules for visiting the maze. Our maze is intended primarily for children aged 5-6 years. Today I noticed that a boy about 8-9 years old stepped on my one-year-old child. Seeing that his leg was a millimeter from my child’s head, I decided to instantly pull him up by the arm to avoid possible injury. In response to this, the reaction was very aggressive from the boy’s parents. The boy's father tried to reach me through the net, waving his arms, and the mother loudly expressed her displeasure. It is surprising that none of the administration employees intervened in resolving the conflict. Perhaps events developed too quickly, and we did not have time to understand what happened. However, I believe that the area in the play area, where most of the children are around 4 years old, is not intended for schoolchildren.

Крайне отрицательный опыт с детским развлекательным комплексом. Ребенку здесь весело, но взрослым не разрешают свободно пройтись по магазинам, заставляя постоянно следить за ребенком. В отличие от Турции, где можно спокойно посетить магазины, здесь не предусмотрена такая возможность.

Metro City - это один из больших торговых центров. И как же здорово, что тут есть зона для деток, автоматы всякие и небольшие карусели. Однозначно стоит сходить. И после можно покушать, так как всё находится рядом.

Дети дети будут в восторге, после посещения это вы развлекательного центра Все очень красочно оформлено, множество игровых автоматов, иг-
рушек, машинок, бассейн с шариками.Я думаю, что и взрослые могут здесь порезвиться и впасть в детство.Это так здорово.А какие фотографии
