As a well-known global brand, you would expect high-quality food and service from this fast-food chain. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. I’d rate the customer service at just 1 star and the food quality at 1.5 stars. It took nearly 30 minutes to get my order of fries and wings, and checking on it took another 5 minutes. If you're craving KFC and want better service and quicker service, I suggest going to the location at Grand Mall.

Лучший KFC в Грузии!

Incredible spot with a laid-back outdoor area overlooking Europe Square. The KFC chicken here is among the best I've had while traveling.

Extremely slow service, unfriendly staff, and the food was quite dirty.

I ordered a burger and it arrived cold and definitely not fresh. It's terrible—I can't imagine how long that burger had been sitting around before it was given to me. The taste was also disappointing. This isn't the first time I've had issues with the food here. I tried giving this place another chance, but it will definitely be the last time for me. If you're looking for good, freshly made food, avoid this place.

Berbat paranızı çöpe atın, aç kalmayı göze alın ama buraya gelmeyin.
