Ужасный персонал. Провел в магазине 15 минут, девушки просто разговаривали и не обращали внимания на клиентов. Когда все заметили и решили подойти, не смогли ответить на вопросы о парфюмах. На вопрос, какой из двух вариантов им больше нравится, они сказали, что не будут нюхать и ничего не чувствуют. Даже манекены в зале были бы более приветливыми.

So now it's been more than a month I can't get my order from this shop.
I received a certificate for my birthday on 6 Aug. The login at the website was broken, and it took me two weeks to make the support fix it.
After I finally logged in and made the order, it took another 2 weeks of waiting with no signs of delivery. The support told me it's DHL who's delivering it and that it'll arrive soon. No tracking info, no exact day.
Another week passed, I wrote to them again yeasterday only to learn today that my order was left in ANOTHER CITY for pick up.
The personnel in the shop itself couldn't help me either, only to ask me to write to them on Facebook, what I've been doing for a month already.

The service here is beyond disappointing. The sales assistant couldn't bother to greet me, and her expression made it clear I was an inconvenience. My simple question about a specific perfume was met with a flat "No," and that was it. No alternatives, no help. Just a cold, angry stare. I left feeling awkward and unwanted. Do better.
