I visited the shop across from Levi’s to check out the fragranced hand lotion before buying it. It was on display, out of its box. A security guard approached and told me I couldn’t try it on. I asked if I could at least open the lid to smell it since it’s a fragrance. He nodded and walked away, but then a consultant with short black hair and black glasses came up and ordered me to put it down. I asked, “It’s a perfume store, and you don’t let people smell the products?” She didn’t respond, just shook her head with an angry expression. It felt like I was in a different time. I can’t smell things without using my nose. Maybe I’m the odd one. She was very rude and lacked basic courtesy. She needs to learn how to treat people, especially in a fragrance shop. This experience has really tarnished my view of the brand. I’m shocked and disappointed. She completely ruined the experience for me.
