UNIT ERA specializes in panel and modular construction in Georgia, focusing on two main areas.
First, panel construction on-site: the company implements custom projects of any architectural style, with panels manufactured to specific project dimensions and assembled directly on the ground. This technology is used to construct exterior and interior walls, partitions, interfloor ceilings, staircases, and roof structures. This format is suitable for private homes, villas, hotels, and commercial buildings.
The second area, UNIT ERA SKY, is a lightweight modular line with prefabricated models of varying sizes. Modules can be combined and reconfigured to suit project needs, and the technology itself works on flat sites, slopes, and complex terrain.
In addition to construction, the company purchases, sells, and develops land for construction and investment. Its portfolio of projects includes houses, cottages, A-Frame homes, villas, townhouses, glamping sites, hotels, warehouses, and offices.
A white frame house from the UNIT ERA SKY modular line starts at 1,600 GEL per square meter. Delivery, installation, foundation preparation, and foundation are calculated separately depending on the distance and site topography. The cost of panel construction varies depending on the project.
