The service was terrible. We waited more than two hours for our food, and it came out very slowly. Some dishes never arrived at all, so we had to ask for a refund. The service was really poor, especially from one staff member named Rustem, who didn't even apologize. The only positive was that the refund process was quick after we requested it for the missing dishes.
